I am a tutor who truly values education. I can work with students on their elementary math, reading, writing, literature, American history, European history, geography, English, social studies, and a variety of other subjects. I pursued my love for education at Cuyahoga Community College District. Since then I have worked with students in kindergarten through eighth grade at a charter school in Ohio, and I worked as a classroom aide for elementary school students with autism for two years. I've also been a substitute for a variety of subjects at nearly every age level. Being an educator runs in my family. Several of my family members are teachers, and the passion for educating others has been passed down to myself. I believe that education is incredibly valuable, and I love helping students discover this value. One of my favorite parts of being a teacher is witnessing the moment when a student finally understands something that they have been struggling with. I believe that it is important to act as a role model to the students that you teach. If they see that you are passionate about learning, it may inspire them to develop a similar passion. I'm ready to bring my years of experience helping students to all of my tutoring sessions.
