Recently relocated to Nevada from California. I will soon be attending Northwestern Health Careers College to become a Massage Therapist. I graduted high school with a 3.0.

Experience

I've been tutoring since i was in 5th grade. Ive always loved tutoring and working with elementary age students. I believe it's one of the most critical development and learning stages for a child. I want to be a tutor because i believe in giving back and helping boost a child's motivation. Straight out of high school I worked for a Youth Service Bureau that tutored children ages 5-13 who came from rural backgrounds and who werent excelling in their academics. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.

I love to read and write in my free time, I also spend time with younger family members or my new pet Guinea Pig Luna. I love to watch documentaries about animals on Netflix, I'm also a huge fan of animal planet. Ive come to like some of the cartoons for our younger viewers, it also helps with connecting with children if you can bond on things they find interesting. So if you have a child interested in sports, animals, music, science, or whatever their heart desires. I can find a way to mix their interest with their learning. Ive seen that making the learning process fun causes the child to be more engaged and they want to learn more. Every child has a way to learn that is beneficial to them, and I have no problem exploring all options so that your child gets the best learning experience.
