I have nearly 20 years experience in the IT industry. I started as a Level 1 Support Agent in 1996 and worked/studied my way to eventually becoming a Senior Server and Storage Engineer for Bank of America. I also have over 20 years of Photography, Audio and Video production skills and currently operate my own production company. I have played guitar, bass and drums for over 30 years and played in my High School Jazz Band for 3 years.
