In 2011, I graduated from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I achieved nearly a 4.0 GPA. I really discovered my love of children when I was a teenager at my first babysitting job, so it made sense to go into the field of teaching. In college, I was a student teacher for a year and a half. I worked in kindergarten, first grade, and second grade classrooms, as well as in sixth grade. My tutoring experience ranges from pre-kindergarten to the ninth grade level.Subjects I am interested in tutoring are: algebra I and II, geometry, middle and elementary school math, science, essay writing, ACT and PSAT skills, ISEE prep, organization, English, business, finance, Mandarin, and ESL. I am a fluent speaker of Mandarin Chinese. I enjoy scuba diving and boating or sailing. Other interests of mine are anything to do with technology and electronics.
