I have been teaching for three years as a Reading teacher, ESL teacher, and also a Computer Technology teacher. I have been tutoring many students in reading, math, and ESL for the past 5 years. I love working with students, while making learning fun and helping them achieve their goals.
Experience
Graduate of the University of Nevada Reno with my Bachelors in Elementary Education with my ESL endorsement. Previously a substitute teacher for elementary grades, enjoying teaching children. I have previous experience tutoring elementary students in Math and Reading using curriculum based materials. I have been tutoring students for 5 years. I have been a tutor for students in Elementary grades focusing on the basics of reading, and using highly adapted strategies. I have experience teaching lessons to whole classes of students, groups of students, as well as working one-on-one with students. I believe it is important to have en engaging and interactive tutoring experience, to make the most out of learning.

Hobbies
Besides working with children, I have a passion for animals. I love being outdoors enjoying summer activities, as well as doing community service with the University of Nevada Education Association. A pre- professional club on campus for pre-service teachers.
