I earned my Bachelor degree in both Psychology and Biology from the University of Nevada. My future goals include earning a Doctor in Dental Medicine. I have enjoyed tutoring for many years and intend to continue helping students reach their academic goals for years to come. I first began tutoring students while earning my Bachelor degree. I was a volunteer at a local elementary school and helped students study for their science, English, and math classes. I found a great deal of joy in helping young students further their understanding of various academic topics and showing them that they could achieve their goals with determination. While I enjoyed teaching these subjects at an elementary level, my true passion is in scientific disciplines. I look forward to having the opportunity to help students, in various science fields, further their knowledge of the subject matter being discussed. Education has always been very important to me and I enjoy being able to use that joy to help the people around me. With the right techniques and focus, I know that I can help students with a wide variety of tutoring needs and ensure that they are better educated and better prepared for their academic careers.
