Experience
One of my favorite things to do is to teach. I absolutely love watching pupils learn. There are so many tools and techniques to help students learn. In my teachings, I use simulations, videos, readings, art, and more to keep people interested. The other thing I love about tutoring is seeing a child finally grasp information that they have struggled with for so long. As far as my education and life experience, I have a Bachelor of History and I minored in Art. Additionally, I have a Master of Curriculum and Instruction. For over three years, I have been teaching high school U.S. History. I now teach AP U.S. History. In preparation for the AP courses, I attended a couple two week long conferences to learn some more techniques to help teach these advanced courses. I have skill books, flashcards, and other tools to use to help students get the most out of each session. When I am not teaching, you can find me bowling, reading, and working out. I am looking forward to helping as many people as possible and sharing my love of knowledge with others!
