Experience

I've tutored many students ranging from 30 years old and in the military to 10th grade high school students. I can provide references from previous clients who can attest to my ability to teach. I have taken the Praxis Core and Praxis 2 Math Content knowledge and passed; both tests which are required to become a certified teacher in Nevada. I have taken the GRE and passed with a high score in the Math section. My short term goal is to become a teacher but extra experience never hurts. I believe that with a little help and a little confidence, students can learn the subject and retain what they learned. I use a hands on approach identifying weak points and making sure students understand what I teach, not just copying the answers.
