I am presently a substitute teacher for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the summer of 2013, I graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography. In the spring of 2015, I attended UNLV in pursuit of my MBA degree. I have experience teaching grades K-12. I also enjoy tutoring people that have special needs. I like to think of myself as being the ultimate "people" person who can get along with just about every type of individual. I am also very patient in how I approach tutoring. This approach allows my students and I to build a bridge of trust. Students also learn better when they are placed in a comfort zone. They are much more open to learning, and their instruction sticks.I can work with a student one-one-one or hold tutoring sessions online. Education is my passion and I enjoy helping others realize that same passion. I have experience tutoring English, Literature, Reading, and Writing. I also have qualifications to tutor in Art, Painting, and Photography. When I am not fully engaged with work or tutoring, I enjoy a quiet moment or two knitting, reading a good book, working crossword puzzles, biking, and knitting.
