Experience:

Receiving the "most dedicated" award in the math department at my high school, during my senior year, is one of the proudest achievements of my life.

I worked for one school year as a teacher, licensed in mathematics for grades 7 through 12. I taught freshman through seniors at a local high school. Since August of 2008, I have also worked as a tutor, helping students succeed in their math courses, from middle school, all the way up through college students in their middle age.

Prior to my career in mathematics education, I worked for 10 years as a personal fitness trainer. This empowers me with a long track record of success in helping individuals succeed through one-on-one guidance.

Fortunate to have experienced success in mathematics throughout my life, I am proud to share the talent, passion, and discipline that I am blessed with, to help students achieve math success in their educational journey.

Hobbies:

I enjoyed growing up as a baseball player. One day, I'd like to attend a professional baseball game in Japan, and experience the cultural difference. I like to spend time outdoors, especially in the sun, whether it be running, hiking, bicycling, swimming, or playing sports. Some of my other passions include working out at the gym, reading a good book, lindy hopping, and line dancing.
